I will set up the apparatus with the 150ml beaker inside the 50ml beaker inside the 1000ml beaker. The hot water will be inside the 150ml beaker at 150ml and a thermometer. The cotton wool, the polystyrene or air will be in-between the 150ml and 50ml. the 1000ml beaker will have cold water at 00ml with a thermometer.
